This
is one of the most popular trek in Annapurna region.
It blends diverse countryside and people with the
exhilaration of crossing a high pass Thorang La (5416m)
and the never ending views across the beautiful landscape
and towering peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri
ranges.when we start our Trek from Besisahar, on the
way we meet the main trail and come across tea houses
and other treks. Then we follow the Marshyangdi river
right up its source, the high altitude valley of Manang.
The Manang people are descendent of Tibet and follow
Tibetan Buddhism. After Manang the track follows the
path over Thorang La pass and then descend towards
the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath. Turning south
we descend the deepest gorge in the world, the Kali
Gandaki valley, visiting the fascinating trading villages
of Marpha and Tukuche before heading back towards
Pokhara to complete a very memorable journey
