Days - Journey to Druk-Yul (All year round)
Day 01 : Bagdora (Silliguri) - Phuentsholing.
Received from the Hotel in Silliguri or from the Bagdora
Airport (Indian State of West Bengal) and transfer to
Phuntsholing.
Day 02 : Phuentsholing – Thimphu.
After doing the visa formalities transfer to Thimphu.
On the way visit Kharbandi Gompa, then drive uphill
to Thimphu.
Day 03 : Thimphu Sightseeing. Morning
visits National Memorial Chorten, Painting School, National
Library and Post Office and Bhutanese hand made paper
factory, evening at your own leisure. O/N Hotel at Thimphu
Day 04 : Punakha/Wangdi Excursion.
Early Morning drive to Punakha the winter home of Central
Monk Body (Je-Khenpo) and Wangdi, visit dzongs and evening
drive back to Thimphu. O/N Hotel at Thimphu
Day 05 : Thimphu – Paro. Morning
do shopping, after lunch transfer to Paro. O/N Hotel
at Paro
Day 06 : Paro Sightseeing. Early
Drive to Drukgyel Dzong and to Taktsang viewpoint. On
the way back visit Kychu Lhakhang. After lunch visit
National Museum and evening stroll down town. O/N Hotel
